Welcome to the first job board dedicated exclusively to Marketing and Sales roles for WordPress businesses.

There are a ton of job sites for WordPress developers but none for business roles so I thought I’d fill the gap.

Timing is good too: the ecosystem has matured and is becoming increasingly commercial, which is both good and bad. I’ll share my thoughts about this some other time, but I think most agree that the ‘build it and they shall come’ approach doesn’t quite work anymore.

WordPress developers, freelancers, agencies, and hosting providers need to be more proactive about marketing and sales or risk being left behind.

This is true too: the best tools for growth are not the shiny MarTech platforms promising 1,000% ROI. It’s the people: Marketing and Sales folk that understand the tech, and the market and can put together solid strategies for growth.

There’s no shortage of experienced pros that can help businesses succeed. The challenge is that most WordPress businesses are small and don’t have much of a marketing budget. This is why listing a job is free for the smaller players and why I have also included job types for smaller engagements. Here’s the full list:

  • Co-Founder
  • Consultancy
  • Freelance
  • Full Time
  • Part-Time
  • Internship
  • Project-Based

I’ve added a broad selection of job roles too:

  • Business Development
  • Content Marketing
  • Marketing
  • PR & Influencer Marketing
  • Product Management
  • Sales
  • SEO / SEM
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Business Strategy
  • Partnerships
  • Analyst

Let me know if I have forgotten any.

Packages and pricing

Job listings are free for solopreneurs or small teams of up to three people. If you’re hiring employee #4 it means you have enough cash flow to afford a $99 listing.

I’ve priced non-WordPress businesses in line with what other job boards charge. Recruiters pay a premium (sorry).

The good news is that everyone can post a job for free until 31 March 2023.
