Key Responsibilities

- Brand Management: Ensure a consistent brand message across channels, enhancing InstaWP’s market presence.
- Lead Generation: Drive strategies to attract a steady stream of quality leads, optimizing conversion rates.
- Collaborations & Partnerships: Forge and nurture partnerships with agencies, hosting companies, product companies, and other key players in the WordPress ecosystem.
- Team Leadership: Guide and mentor the marketing team, fostering innovation and promoting professional growth.
- Performance Analysis: Utilize analytics to gauge the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a CMO role, preferably in the SaaS or WordPress space.
- Deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape and emerging trends.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of leading high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical skills, with a penchant for making data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in marketing automation tools and platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA would be a plus.
